we're open!

The Pig & The Poppy has now been open for a little over two week now!! The space is amazing, my neighbor at Divine Home & Whimsy is amazing and I am having so much fun.  I have met so many great locals and tourists and I hope everyone comes back soon.

The Pig & The Poppy currently displays the art of four artists: Amy Sullivan, Liz Sullivan, Lisa Sullivan and Bill Lawson.  I began planning for The Pig & The Poppy in 2011.  Growing up in a creative family was the perfect recipe for designing such a unique and joyful art space.  The Sullivan sisters (Lisa and I) always had the best costumes at Halloween and the best handmade projects growing up.  With an artist for a mother and carpenter for a father, every project was a family affair. Lisa and I were refinishing antique furniture at our parents' restoration shop at a very early age.  The Pig & The Poppy celebrates the Sullivan family's long history of art and creativity.  We look forward to welcoming new artists into the fold as The Pig & The Poppy grows. Please send all questions regarding an artist's work or commission requests to [email protected].  We look forward to your visit.
